First Chance to Download:

• After you place an order you will come to the 'Thank You' page. Here you will see links for the items you ordered. Click on the link and the download process will begin.
• OR right click on the link. Select "Save Target As" and save the file to your Desktop or Folder of your choice
• (Mac users Apple command and click to download)

How to download your items if you've already left the Thank You page:

1. Login to your account
2. Scrapwow Members click on My Account, then select Option 1. Review Previous Orders
3. Scrapwow Customers (non-Members) click on Option 1. Review Previous Orders
   
   
4. Click on Order Number
   
   
   
5. Click on the name of the item you wish to download (in blue in the middle of the screen) and it will initiate the download

How to extract files after downloading.

• Short version:
  • Locate the file on your computer (Desktop or the file location you saved the download to)
  • Double click on the file. Windows XP users - the Extraction Wizard will launch - follow the steps. Mac users OSX 10.3 or greater - the unzip utility will launch.
