Please note: Unannounced Bonus emails are often sent in a staggered fashion in order to control bandwidth. In other words your friend may have joined Scrapwow a month before you. Because some of the emails are automated they will receive certain bonuses before you and so we ask that you wait until you receive the Unannounced Bonus email from us before downloading so the demand on the server remains equal and not inundated.

There are three steps you must take in order to gain access to any given Unannounced Bonus that you are alerted to by email:
Once you login, you will be redirected to the Welcome Screen. This is the Members Area.
Your screen will say, "Welcome [YOUR FIRST NAME]" - like the picture below. To retrieve the Unannounced Bonus, paste the link provided in the Unannounced Bonus email into the browser bar OR you can click on the link but you have to be logged in AND on the Welcome Screen for the link to work. If the link appears on two lines in your email make sure you paste the entire link into your browser - it usually ends in ".asp". The link will take you directly to the download page. If you are not logged in you will receive an error message since the freebies are only available inside the member area.
