How do I add photos, digital scrapbook pages, and video? Our easy to use site manager has an upload feature that allows you to browse your computer for photos, digital scrapbook pages, and videos for easy uploading.
How many photos, digital scrapbook pages, and videos can I add to my site? Each membership allows up to 50 MB of disk space which is approximately 300-1000 images (depending on their original size). If you would like to increase your space you can upgrade your account at any time.
How many scrapbooks can I have on my site? You can have as many as you like. You’ll be able to build online scrapbooks just like you do when you use paper. You can have one for this year’s family reunion, another for the holidays, etc., etc. The amount is virtually unlimited.

Problem with Gift Certificate
Q: I received a gift certificate and I'm having trouble redeeming it. A: Go through the process of joining Scrapwow. Fill out the name and address fields, etc. In the field that asks for a gift certificate number be sure to enter the complete number. For example:
Gift-xxxxxxx-xxx
Include the word 'gift.'
